In addition, providers (e.g. doctors, clinics, laboratories, coaches) can access the patient data securely and legally impeccable. This innovative and authorized processes help especially within areas of outpatient care.
The offer includes an interactive health manager with hypertension-, glucose and lung function- diary, a medication and prevention planner and also the possibility for documenting life-style-parameters (e.g. weight, fitness, food and drinks). Multiple telemedicine software components support doctors and coaches to guide their patients with chronical diseases with high efficiency.
